?? COCKATOO ISLAND DAY OUT! ??
We’ll meet at 8:30 am at Rydalmere for our 9:00 am ferry departure to Cockatoo Island.
? Bring money for the ferry — return trip.
There are also plenty of cafés, food and drinks available on the island, so come prepared for a good feed! ???
?? Morning:
We’ll explore the historic shipyards with a self-guided tour.
?? Lunch:
Time to grab some food, have a drink and recharge.
?? Afternoon:
After lunch, we’ll head off on a self-guided tour of the old prison precinct and explore more of the island.
?? Then it’s back to the ferry and home!
Bring comfortable shoes, a hat, sunscreen and your camera — it’s going to be a great day exploring one of Sydney’s most interesting islands! ??
