The following is just a partial, simple list of plain foods which, if used in the right combination will give a very wide range of dishes and help you to keep delivering a selection of dishes that are different for every meal. keep them in square, air tight plastic containers (‘Tupperware’ type ones) – these will pack nicely into your vehicle’s Tuckerbox without wasting space; square packs so much better than round!

Plain flour
Instant mashed Potato
2-minute noodles
Popping corn
Long life Milk
Mint sauce
Mild or American Mustard
Dried Peas
Powdered milk
Jams (any type)
BBQ or tomato sauce
Worcestershire sauce
Desiccated Coconut (the non-John Howard type)
Pepper grinder: full! 2-3
Tins Pineapple pieces
Dried apples & apricots
Squeeze bottle of Golden Syrup
Gravy powder
Pancake mix (2 Bottles)
Cinnamon & Nutmeg
Large Pkt Breadcrumbs
Pkt dried fruit
Self Raising flour
Noodles
Tins salmon
Wooden spatula – This does not look tasty!
