TRAX trip – Gibraltar Rocks and Bowtell’s Bridge

The day will take us along Jenolan Caves Road into the Jenolan State Forest and then into Kanangra Boyd National Park to enjoy morning tea at Gibraltar Rocks. After the amazing views over the valley towards Coxs River.

We’ll drive through the National Park over the Black Range to have lunch at Coxs River Campground. Note the route from Gibraltar Rocks to lunch will be weather/track dependant. After lunch we’ll walk 800m to Bowtell’s Bridge and have a play around the banks on the Cox’s River.

The way home is north following the Cox’s River until we reach the GW H’way near the Lolly Bug. Grade: Mostly D, but tending towards C or B if it’s been raining, but ensure you bring your recovery gear.

See you on the tracks
