I would like to invite you to the Aboriginal Cultural Awareness Weekend
From Saturday 10 September 2016
To Sunday 11 September 2016
This weekend will be hosted by Sharon Riley, the Aboriginal Liaison Officer for NPWS.
It’s a Multi-Club event where we will be camping at the Diggings Campground in the Turon National Park on the Saturday night.
As groups we will be meeting members of the local community and learning how to identify artifacts, bush food and learn about the unique culture of the local Aboriginal people.
