TRAX Trip – A Day with Banjo in Yeoval

G’day,

We are going to spend ” A Day with Banjo in Yeoval”.
This is the annual Banjo Paterson – Australian Poetry Festival.

Orange and its surrounding region celebrate the Banjo Paterson Australian Poetry Festival in February every year. Andrew Barton (Banjo) Paterson was born at ‘Narrambla’ Orange on 17 February 1864. Banjo is an Australian legend. He lived in Yeoval until he was about 7. This festival highlights not only Banjo Paterson but is an opportunity to celebrate all Australian Poetry and Poets in general.

This is a  weekend trip, so book in early as it could be crowded.

Go to  https://brandorange.com.au/orange-nsw/banjo-paterson-festival/
then choose Events, then Banjo Paterson Festival.

Contact Neil Flower Phone 9018 9224.  Email trips@trax.org.au

You will need a full tank of fuel, UHF radio (Channel 13), recovery equipment (well you should always be prepared), food – enough for the weekend, camping gear – unless you are roughing it in a motel and camera – pictures needed for TRAXION.

See you on the tracks
